The brief
A cloud kitchen that sells only through delivery apps pays their commission on every order and never owns the customer relationship. The goal: a direct ordering system good enough that regulars order there instead.
What we built
- A customer website and installable web app: menu, cart, checkout and live order tracking
- Native Android apps for customers, the kitchen outlet and riders
- Admin and kitchen dashboards for orders, menu, delivery and customers
- A pricing model, a Monte Carlo simulation, that sets every price and fee
The hard parts
- Never changing a live price by accident: catalogue changes go through a five-stage, owner-approved process
- Every number carries an evidence label, so a modelled figure is never shown as a measured one
- 138 written specs, so the build follows decisions instead of guesses
